  1. Circle City Tickets has been in business since 1985. We are members of the NATB and have been accredited members of the Better Business Bureau since 1988. Circle City Tickets gives you the opportunity to choose your seats. That means no waiting in line, and you buy the seats you want. We also have tickets to sold-out events that you can't find anywhere else. If you can't find something on our website, give us a call and we'll do everything we can to find your tickets.

  5. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. When ordering, you must provide your security code: 3-digit code for Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (located on the back) or 4-digit code for American Express (located on the front). We also accept cash or check if you choose to purchase your tickets from our office.

  7. All of our prices are based upon the market demand for the particular ticket not the face value (the price listed on the ticket). Our prices reflect the fluctuating market and therefore are constantly changing. The price you pay is the current market value.

  11. If an event is cancelled in its entirety and is not rescheduled, tickets must be returned within 10 days of the scheduled event date. All tickets must be returned to Circle City Tickets for a refund less shipping. All refunds will be made in the same manner in which payment was made. The tickets must be sent in a secured fashion (Federal Express, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.) to the address below, or presented in person to our local office during business hours. Please include your name with the returned tickets.

  12. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled event date. New tickets will not need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements. As we are not able to recover our costs on the tickets that we acquired for you, we in turn are unable to offer customers refunds on postponed or rescheduled events. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

  16. These tickets showcase the newest form of tickets or e-tickets technology and are your actual tickets. They are valid and 100% legitimate. Each ticket features a unique bar code that is scanned at the gate of the venue, just like a hard ticket in which most customers are accustomed. Make sure you bring these tickets with you to the event as you will not be admitted without them. Simply present your ticket at the gate, the attendant will scan them, and you will be admitted. Do not copy your tickets as the venue will only allow one entry per unique bar code. Make sure you keep your ticket in a safe place and protect it as you would any other ticket.

  17. These are your tickets. The name that appears may have been the original purchaser of the ticket. Tickets are transferable and these are now your tickets.

  18. Generally, children up to 24 months old are allowed to get in free. However, each venue is different. So, please contact the specific venue for ticket age requirements.

  1. To offer your tickets for sale, please complete the Sell Your Tickets Form. Provide all information required, including exact seat locations and your asking price. A Circle City Tickets representative will evaluate your offer and then contact you directly. You can also call our office directly at 800-627-1334 and talk with a Circle City Tickets representative to receive an immediate non-committal price quote.

  1. Tickets are not always available to ship immediately; some orders require 1-2 days processing time. But, all orders are guaranteed to arrive before the event. All tickets are sent via Federal Express signature guarantee. We us FedEx signature guarantee to ensure that your tickets arrive safely and that their location can be tracked at any time. All of our packages require a signature; however, the person whose name is on the package does not have to be the one who signs for the package. Also, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide your actual street address.
